Solid Waste Disposal

In Croatia, the sub-sector Solid Waste Disposal (part of Waste) was responsible for 1.27 Mt CO₂eq of emissions in the year 2021, which is 5.2% of total emissions in that year. Compared to 1990 (0.37 Mt CO₂eq), emissions have increased by 241.2%. Under existing measures, emissions are projected to reach 0.27 Mt CO₂eq by 2050.
