In Czechia, the sector Mobility was responsible for 18.89 Mt CO₂eq of emissions in the year 2021, which is 16% of total emissions in that year. Compared to 1990 (11.24 Mt CO₂eq), emissions have increased by 68%. Under existing measures, emissions from this sector are projected to reach 9.4 Mt CO₂eq by 2050.
