Riigis Austria põhjustas allsektor Other transportation (osa sektorist Energeetika) aastal 2021 0.39 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 0.5% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (0.23 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused suurenenud 68.4%. Olemasolevate meetmete korral prognoositakse heitkogusteks 0.28 Mt CO₂ekv aastaks 2050.
