Public electricity and heat production
Riigis Eesti põhjustas allsektor Public electricity and heat production (osa sektorist Energeetika) aastal 2021 5.45 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 43.4% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (28.21 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused vähenenud 80.7%. Olemasolevate meetmete korral prognoositakse heitkogusteks 0.55 Mt CO₂ekv aastaks 2050.
