Riigis Eesti põhjustas allsektor Kemikaalid (osa sektorist Tööstus) aastal 2021 0.01 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 0.1% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (0.39 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused vähenenud 96.2%.
