Riigis Ungari põhjustas allsektor Non-metallic minerals (osa sektorist Tööstus) aastal 2021 1 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 1.6% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (2.96 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused vähenenud 66%.
