Chemical industry
Riigis Portugal põhjustas allsektor Chemical industry (osa sektorist Tööstus) aastal 2021 0.7 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 1.3% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (1.9 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused vähenenud 63.1%. Olemasolevate meetmete korral prognoositakse heitkogusteks 0.45 Mt CO₂ekv aastaks 2050.
