Riigis Rootsi põhjustas allsektor Other transportation (osa sektorist Energeetika) aastal 2021 0.33 Mt CO₂ekv heitkoguseid, mis moodustab 0.7% selle aasta koguheitkogustest. Võrreldes 1990. aastaga (1.05 Mt CO₂ekv) on heitkogused vähenenud 68.1%. Olemasolevate meetmete korral prognoositakse heitkogusteks 0.34 Mt CO₂ekv aastaks 2050.
