U državi Hrvatska podsektor Oil and natural gas and other emissions from energy production (dio sektora Energetika) bio je odgovoran za 0.45 Mt CO₂eq emisija u 2021. godini, što je 1.8% ukupnih emisija u toj godini. U usporedbi s 1990. godinom (0.99 Mt CO₂eq), emisije su smanjene za 54.4%. Prema postojećim mjerama, predviđa se da će emisije dosegnuti 0.11 Mt CO₂eq do 2050. godine.
