Oil and natural gas and other emissions from energy production

In Frankrijk was de subsector Oil and natural gas and other emissions from energy production (onderdeel van Energie) verantwoordelijk voor 2.68 Mt CO₂eq aan emissies in het jaar 2021, wat 0.6% van de totale emissies in dat jaar is. Vergeleken met 1990 (6.4 Mt CO₂eq) zijn de emissies gedaald met 58.1%. Onder bestaande maatregelen zullen de emissies naar verwachting 2.30 Mt CO₂eq bereiken in 2050.
