Public electricity and heat production

In Griekenland was de subsector Public electricity and heat production (onderdeel van Energie) verantwoordelijk voor 20.16 Mt CO₂eq aan emissies in het jaar 2021, wat 25.9% van de totale emissies in dat jaar is. Vergeleken met 1990 (40.76 Mt CO₂eq) zijn de emissies gedaald met 50.5%. Onder bestaande maatregelen zullen de emissies naar verwachting 1.23 Mt CO₂eq bereiken in 2050.
