In Poland, the sector Buildings was responsible for 41.01 Mt CO₂eq of emissions in the year 2021, which is 11.1% of total emissions in that year. Compared to 1990 (99.93 Mt CO₂eq), emissions have decreased by 59%. Under existing measures, emissions from this sector are projected to reach 11.0 Mt CO₂eq by 2050.
