În Lituania, subsectorul Petroleum refining (parte din Energie) a fost responsabil de 1.21 Mt CO₂ech emisii în anul 2021, ceea ce reprezintă 6.2% din emisiile totale în acel an. Comparativ cu 1990 (1.51 Mt CO₂ech), emisiile au scăzut cu 19.9%. În cadrul măsurilor existente, emisiile sunt estimate să ajungă la 1.19 Mt CO₂ech până în 2050.
